Maintenance Technician

This is a Plant Maintenance Technician role supporting Total and Preventive Maintenance across vital equipment and facilities within an industrial manufacturing environment. What You Will Do:

• Install, repair and maintain equipment and facilities to support reliable production.
• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues, make effective corrections, and run adjustments to maintain production and quality.
• Test equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime, ensuring safe and dependable performance.
• Record operational data for preventive maintenance and accurate set-up information.
• Review production schedules and carry out planned maintenance when equipment is not scheduled for production.
• Support continuous improvement activities by proposing and delivering productivity, process and quality enhancements.

What

You Will Bring:

• A relevant qualification, alongside experience in plant maintenance.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply practical solutions quickly.
• Familiarity with maintenance documentation and effective inventory management for spare parts and consumables.
• Comfort working across maintenance planning, production support and safety sign-offs at the start of shift.
• Desirable experience in injection moulding, with a willingness to develop further in a fast-paced production setting.
