Role Description & Technical Scope
Kéoni Consulting is seeking an Incident Manager to support major IT incident management across the group. You will coordinate incident response teams, communicate progress to business units, and ensure traceability of all incidents.
The role focuses on reducing downtime and aligning actions with ITIL practices. Based in Paris, you will work with IT departments to establish action plans, identify recurrence risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
