Responsabilities

In this key role, you are the strategic and operational driver behind the expansion in Germany. You build and nurture long-term relationships with local brand owners, manufacturers, and merchandise partners. Positioned right at the intersection of the platform's commercial strategy and local market demand, you ensure the right categories and partners come on board and their performance is elevated to the next level.

• Strategic Partnerships: Secure and manage high-value collaborations with local brand partners, manufacturers, and sellers to continuously drive portfolio growth and value.
• Seamless Onboarding & Guidance: Guide assigned partners through a seamless platform onboarding process, advising them on market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategy.
• Category Performance & Data: Analyze category metrics, identify bottlenecks, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to maximize revenue and lifetime value.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive industry analyses to unlock latent customer needs and adapt commercial tactics in real time based on emerging market trends.
• Project Management: Coordinate resources and drive end-to-end projects to ensure flawless execution of merchant campaigns and category launches.

• You bring 10+ years of relevant operational experience across brand management, platform operations, e-commerce, or retail development.
• An established network of local sellers, brand owners, and vendor relationships in the Germany is a major advantage.
• Strong data analytics toolkit: You seamlessly leverage data to spot industry trends, steer complex projects, and draw strategic conclusions.
• You possess an innovative marketing mindset and know how to guide merchant go-to-market strategies for maximum impact.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, highly adaptable, and fluent in both German and English .
• Stress-resilient and capable of managing operational logistics during high-demand peak seasons.
• You reside in Germany
