• End-to-end security delivery from concept to implementation
• Client engagement and project management including budgets and timelines

• Team leadership and development including mentoring and talent recruitment
• Vendor and stakeholder management to enhance security offerings
• University degree in cyber security, information technology, or a related field
• 8 to 12 years of relevant IT security consulting experience with track record of leading large projects
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, and SABSA
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 preferred
• Exceptional leadership and cross‑functional team management
• Excellent Italian and English communication skills
• Willingness to travel and operate in global contexts
