Manager Ecommerce

Act as Business Lead and PO within a B2 C e Commerce Initiative, driving value-stream orchestration, backlog governance, dependency management and change adoption across the B2 C e Commerce domain. Key Responsibilities Lead the stream roadmap, priorities, risks and stakeholder alignment. Orchestrate the end-to-end value stream, ensuring alignment between customer journeys, business objectives and delivery activities. Facilitate PI planning, backlog refinement and cross-team planning activities following SAFe principles. Ensure customer journeys, epics and features are prioritized and sequenced according to business value and implementation constraints. Lead domain-level Change Management activities, including change-impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and adoption planning. Define and coordinate change initiatives required to support process harmonization and adoption across affiliates. Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and drive resolution of blockers impacting value delivery. Collaborate closely with other Product Owners, Business Analysts, SI counterparts and business stakeholders to maintain alignment. Support governance forums through preparation of status updates, decision papers, dependency reviews and escalation management. Skills & Experience Experience leading digital commerce, customer experience or business transformation initiatives in complex multi-stakeholder environments. Strong knowledge of SAFe, Agile delivery models, PI Planning, backlog management and dependency management. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technology and external partners. Demonstrated experience in Organizational Change Management, stakeholder engagement and adoption planning. Ability to translate strategic objectives into delivery priorities, value streams and actionable roadmaps. Strong facilitation, communication and executive stakeholder management skills. Experience in B2 C e Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Experience in B2 B e Commerce, subscription-based business models, healthcare or life sciences environments is a plus.
