Role Description & Technical Scope
Sonoco Canada in Lombardy, Italy, seeks a Production & Process Manager to lead Process Engineering and Production at the Tavernerio plant. You will drive technical standards, safety and operational excellence while aligning targets with manufacturing priorities.
As a key leader, you will manage the Process Engineering and Production teams, collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain, and mentor supervisors to achieve sustained improvements and waste reduction.
