Role Description & Technical Scope
En Garden Hotel Group buscamos incorporar un/a Conserje de Noche para unirse al departamento de Recepción del Hotel HyB Eurocalas. Su misión será atender todas las necesidades que puedan surgir en la recepción durante el turno de noche.
¿Cuáles serán susfunciones ?
- Preparar toda la documentación departamental del día siguiente.
- Gestionar el archivo de documentación del hotel.
- Preparar las entradas del día siguiente (gardencards, llaves, hoja de safe…)
- Control de ventas de cajas fuertes.
- Realizar la caja del turno.
- Recalcular reservas.
- Atender en todo momento cualquier solicitud por parte de los huéspedes y anotar en el registro de novedades y/o quejas cualquier incidencia que pudiera haber relacionada con los huéspedes e informa el compañero del turno entrante.
