Position: Multi-Trade Operative
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Location: Hammersmith
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £23.95/hour on UMB (Temp to perm)
Benefits: Van and fuel card provided
UK driving license required
Role Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Operative to join a busy responsive repairs contract. Maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating, ensuring residents' homes, Social Housing remain safe and functional.
Requirements
Valid UK Manual Driving License (DL)
DBS Check (we will process at offer stage)RGSS's client, a leading maintenance provider, are looking for a reliable, multi-skilled operative to join their team.
You will be responsible for reactive maintenance works in social housing properties across the patch.
