Account Coordinator

Salary: £27,700 per annum

Location: Site-Based

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Start Date: Immediate starts available for the right candidate

Are you organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery of recruitment and workforce solutions for a key client.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment, attraction and onboarding of temporary workers
• Workforce planning and scheduling to meet client requirements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and workers
• Managing attendance, performance and employee queries
• Ensuring compliance with company and client processes
• Supporting daily operational requirements and problem-solving staffing challenges
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent service

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within recruitment, account management, workforce planning or a similar coordination role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to build effective relationships
• Flexibility to support business needs, including participation in an on-call rota
• Ability to travel to site locations, therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
