Investment Product Specialist

As an Investment Product Specialist, you shape and communicate Capital Group’s Future Generations Equity and Multi-Asset strategies within a global, cross-asset context. You partner with Investment Directors and Sustainability Specialists to translate complex strategies into clear content for clients and internal partners. You help position CG’s sustainability-focused products and S&G framework across regions, ensuring consistency and market relevance. This role offers influential exposure to strategy development, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in a leading asset-management firm.

• Develop understanding and positioning of Future Generations Equity and Multi-Asset strategies with regional and investor segments
• Create and tailor messaging for client meetings, conferences, and external engagements
• Support production of the Future Generation Fund’s Annual Sustainability Report
• Act as escalation point for complex S&G requirements in partnership with SST
• Collaborate with SST to articulate CG’s sustainability initiatives from an investment-product perspective
• CreateFuture Generations-focused content for business books, meetings, marketing, and thought leadership
• Analyze ESG market trends, regulatory developments, and investor requirements to inform product offering
• Foster cross-geo collaboration with IPS, SST, and other stakeholders to drive consistency in messaging
• Leverage technology and market-data tools to improve analysis and content development
