Role Description & Technical Scope

March of Dimes is seeking a NICU Family Support Program Coordinator at Falls Church, VA to lead family-centered education and social activities, support NICU staff, and improve the patient/family experience.

This full-time on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred or RN license, and 2–4 years of related experience. Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency are essential as you work with volunteers and NICU leadership.
