We're recruiting a Night Porter in the Coventry area to join a friendly team at an impressive country estate.

Key Responsibilities

As Night Porter, you'll help ensure the smooth running of the hotel overnight, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security and guest service.

Set up, clear and clean conference rooms, private dinners and wedding spaces, including moving furniture.

Carry out regular security walks to help keep the hotel safe throughout the night.

Maintain high standards of cleaning throughout the hotel, including general tidying, hoovering and dusting.

Look after hotel guests and delegates, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming service.

Provide 24-hour room service, including preparing food, delivering orders and clearing trays.

Support hotel reception duties, including guest check-ins, check-outs and luggage assistance.

Ensure wake-up calls and newspaper deliveries are completed on time.

Help maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming environment across hotel bedrooms and public areas.What we're looking for

We're looking for a reliable, proactive individual who enjoys working independently and delivering excellent customer service in a hotel environment.

Previous Hotel Night Porter experience is essential.

A friendly, welcoming approach with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Good attention to detail and pride in cleaning and maintaining high standards.

A flexible attitude towards a varied role covering reception, room service, events and cleaning duties.

The ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain hotel security standards overnight.
