Role Description & Technical Scope
Revolut is looking for an IT Support Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support and keep workplace technologies running smoothly. This on-site role is based in our Madrid office, supporting devices, software, and services used across the business.
You will resolve requests in line with SLAs, provisioning laptops for new joiners, decommissioning devices, and helping colleagues adopt new tools. English fluency and strong problem-solving are essential.
