Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a residential build project. You will be responsible for keeping the site running smoothly, managing contractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to standard.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site activities and manage trades and sub-contractors.
• Monitor build progress against project schedules and targets.
• Supervise both external build phases and internal fit-out works.
• Act as the point of contact for local authorities, inspectors, and utility providers.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, inductions, and daily safety procedures.
• Manage site quality control, inspections, and snagging through to handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.
• Full site experience covering groundworks, external envelope, and internal finishes.
• Experience dealing with local authorities, building control, and external bodies.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Management level), and First Aid at Work.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
