What will you do?Own revenue and gross margin across every product category in Iberia —B2B and B2C. You set the forecast, find the growth, and lead the Pricing & Discount Analyst.
What you'll own- Revenue forecast - build the annual budget and rolling forecast with a full view of business KPIs, and re-forecast by category with Finance each month.
- Performance - run the daily performance routine with stakeholders and hunt growth opportunities across categories and paid traffic.
- Offer analysis - analyse which offers perform best by category and contribute those insights to the commercial plan, which the e-commerce team defines.
- Team - manage the Pricing & Discount Analyst: set priorities, review the work and grow the person.
- A group-level seat representing the Iberia region —direct visibility with regional leadership.
- People leadership from day one: the Pricing & Discount Analyst reports to you.
- Broad scope: forecasting, daily performance and offer analysis in one role.
- GMV, gross margin and margin contribution
- IMU, discount rate, AIV and AOV
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling
- Analytical, business-minded, proactive and detail-oriented
- A facilitator and negotiator who brings people along to hit the target
