An excellent opportunity to become a Pest Control Surveyor and join an established and growing national pest control business, offering strong earning potential, full training and long-term career development. We are looking for confident, commercially minded individuals who enjoy meeting customers, identifying opportunities and winning new business. This Pest Control Surveyor will be home based and cover the Devon / Cornwall area.

Previous pest control experience would be advantageous but is not essential.We would also welcome applicants from other field-based service industries, particularly those with experience in surveying, sales, facilities services, hygiene, washrooms or environmental services.

Salary:£29,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000–£50,000)

The Role:

·Act on warm leads and identify / develop new business opportunities across your territory.

·Visit commercial and residential customers to assess their pest control

requirements.

·Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable solutions.

·Prepare quotations, follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.

·Develop relationships with new and existing customers.

·Manage your own diary and achieve sales targets.

About You

·Confident communicator with a proactive, sales-focused approach.

·Experience in pest control, field sales or a similar service-based industry.

·Comfortable identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

·Self-motivated, organised and customer-focused.

·Full UK driving licence.
