Role Description & Technical Scope

CERN's Polymer Laboratory within the Superconducting Magnet Technology section seeks a researcher to develop and qualify advanced polymer and composite materials for accelerator systems. You will design, validate and implement innovative materials for cryogenic, high-voltage and radiation environments.

You will lead projects, identify processing techniques, and establish new experimental capabilities to meet evolving CERN needs across accelerator complexes and experimental facilities.
