Role Description & Technical Scope
EMS – Electro Medical Systems, a Swiss-based global leader in dental and medical technology, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its team in Nyon. You will manage EMS's commercial contracting activity, draft and negotiate Swiss law–governed agreements, and serve as the primary in-house advisor across sales, procurement, R&D, and quality.
Fluency in French and English, a Swiss law degree, and 3–5 years in-house experience are essential; MDR/ISO 13485 familiarity is a plus.
