The role and the team

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Tradebyte, you will drive our digital and email communications forward by taking full end-to-end ownership of our mailing strategy and customer journeys. Joining our Marketing & Communication team, you’ll work autonomously across campaign setups, content creation, and technical automation, playing a crucial role in enabling our future marketing setup and boosting audience engagement.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Own the execution and strategy of our email marketing, including designing, setting up, and managing automated customer and lead journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Act as an end-to-end communicator by directly writing clear, engaging email copy, compelling subject lines, and effective CTAs tailored for B2B audiences
• Support campaign setups, landing page preparation, and website administration (WordPress) to ensure seamless conversion tracking, UX/UI optimization, and web performance
• Analyze campaign performance, email open rates, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and SFMC reporting tools to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous optimization
• Serve as a versatile digital expert within the team, providing operational support, cross-functional collaboration, and reliable coverage for digital initiatives across channels

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is mandatory; experience in combination with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a strong plus
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with a track record of creating compelling email content and campaign copy for B2B audiences
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including experience with WordPress, landing page setups, and social media channels like LinkedIn
• Experience analyzing digital campaign data and building performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and SFMC
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills to manage digital projects independently
• A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality work
