Role Description & Technical Scope
Accenture Song está buscando profesionales especializados en Amazon Connect para impulsar soluciones de Contact Center en el sector salud. Participarás en la definición funcional, configuración y desarrollo de flujos de atención, automatizaciones conversacionales y soluciones basadas en IA, trabajando en un entorno ágil y colaborativo.
Se valorará experiencia con Amazon Bedrock, Lex y Lambda, integración con Salesforce y APIs, y manejo de herramientas Jira/Confluence, con inglés mínimo B2.
