Role Description & Technical Scope

Region Sjælland søger en sygeplejerske til OPUS Team Syd i Vordingborg. Stillingen er tidsbegrænset til 37 timer om ugen i 3 måneder med mulighed for forlængelse.

Teamet støtter unge voksne med psykose og skizotypi gennem relationsarbejde og recovery-orienteret behandling. Du bliver tovholder i behandlingen, koordinerer indsatsen sammen med patienten, pårørende og tværfaglige partnere, og du deltager i kliniske sygeplejeopgaver samt medicinsk opfølgning.
