Marquise is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead our healthcare food services team. You will set departmental goals, develop operating budgets, supervise staff, and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance while delivering high quality service.
You will leverage five+ years of leadership in healthcare food services, CSNM status, and a degree in related field to drive strategic initiatives, optimize costs, and coordinate with other departments to meet patient nutrition standards.
