Role Description & Technical Scope
SOFTEAM recherche son/sa futur(e) Chef(fe) de Projet Technique / Service RUN pour accompagner nos clients du secteur public sur leurs projets. Vous rejoindrez la BU SOFTEAM Digital et assurerez la coordination technique entre les équipes métier et IT.
Vos missions incluent le suivi des livrables dans le respect des engagements qualité et délais, la mise en place d’outils de reporting pour les KPIs et SLAs, et l’optimisation des processus en anticipant les risques.
