Sie arbeiten abteilungsübergreifend und beraten Real Estate Asset Management, Real Estate Investment Management sowie Client & Partner Relations im Zusammenhang mit Transaktionsverhandlungen.
Sie prüfen Vertragsinhalte, Risiken pro Transaktion, verhandeln mit Geschäftspartnern und fungieren als Ansprechpartner für Investoren, Banken, Ämter und Verkäufer.
