Role Description & Technical Scope
Zeour Ltd is seeking a front-line technical support specialist to assist with production deployments of GLARUS, MediCare, GRAVIA, and Smart Parking. You will triage incidents, reproduce issues for engineering, and ship live-site configuration changes, while updating runbooks to prevent repeat tickets.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SaaS or on-premise support, strong Linux/SSH, and experience reading PHP/TypeScript/Python traces.
