Role Description & Technical Scope
Essentra Components in Cambiago, Italy is seeking a Quality Process Control Specialist to ensure product quality throughout manufacturing. You will monitor processes, perform in-process controls, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and customer complaints.
You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Customer Service, maintain control plans, and support audits while applying SPC, 8D, fishbone analyses, and CAPA to raise process capability.
