Quality Manager

Fusion is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Quality manager near Pickering

Main Responsibilities

To manage customer technical queries, supplier approvals, product specifications, customer and internal complaints, and support the maintenance of the company’s BRCGS accreditation and compliance systems.

Key Duties

• Respond to customer technical queries and questionnaires, including maintaining online customer systems.
• Obtain and maintain supplier specifications and product samples, ensuring records are updated in Sage and the company specification system.
• Manage key supplier approvals and accreditations.
• Handle customer and internal complaints, ensuring investigations, corrective actions and records are completed and maintained.
• Coordinate customer Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and Certificates of Conformity (COCs), ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Support customer and supplier visits, product trials and other technical

requirements.

• Assist with BRCGS compliance, including audits, training, management reviews, maintaining procedures and supporting certification.
• Ensure the Sedex system and relevant compliance records are kept up to date.
