As a Director-Level Wealth Manager, you will lead relationships with high-net-worth clients in Edinburgh, delivering holistic wealth solutions and driving revenue growth. You’ll work with a collaborative team and leverage RBC’s investment, lending and planning services to meet client goals. You’ll build trust through proactive, tailored advice and scale the business with strategic networking and mentoring. • Cultivate deep relationships with high-net-worth clients to deliver holistic wealth solutions
• Expand the client base through strategic networking, referrals, and business development
• Articulate and deliver the RBC proposition across investments, trusts, and lending
• Enhance efficiency and scalable growth through digital tools and process improvements
• Lead, mentor and develop a team with coaching and goal-setting aligned to RBC’s vision
• Drive revenue targets and contribute to both team and individual growth

• Level 4 CII/CISI certification (with FP & Advice)
• Proven track record as Wealth Manager or Financial Planner with complex advisory experience
• Exceptional communication, market insight, and trust-building abilities
• Demonstrated ability to navigate tax and estate planning considerations
• Progress toward Level 6 CII or Chartered Wealth Manager (preferred)
• Experience in people management is a plus or willingness to manage team in future
