Field Service Engineer - West London

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the technical backbone for our Life Science service team, ensuring high-quality support at client sites. You install, commission, maintain, and repair instrumentation, with a focus on lab water purification systems, to deliver reliable performance from day one. You will validate equipment, calibrate to standards, and provide customer training to maximize system utility. You travel mainly in West London, solving problems and adapting to diverse environments, while contributing to ongoing service-led growth and customer satisfaction.

• Installation & commissioning of instrumentation (lab water purification systems)
• Regular maintenance and servicing to ensure reliability
• Diagnose and repair issues promptly
• Validate and calibrate equipment to industry standards
• Provide customer support and training
• Travel within West London region
• Generate leads for hardware, consumables, accessories, and service contracts via CRM

• 2+ years' hands-on engineering experience
• Minimum HNC (or equivalent) in Engineering or Scientific discipline
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset
• Adaptable to travel and varying work environments
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Field service experience is a plus, training provided
