Pega Senior Technical Lead

HCLTech is currently hiring for a Pega Senior Technical Lead in Austria..

This position entails leading a team in the implementation and support of Pega applications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of pega applications.
• 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using pega technology.
• 3. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• 4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to optimize pega applications.
• 5. Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate pega applications with existing systems and technologies.

Skill Requirements:

• 1. Proficiency in pega application development, customization, and maintenance.
• 2. Strong understanding of pega platform features including case management, decision strategies, and ui/ux development.
• 3. Experience in leading technical teams in pega application implementations and support projects.
• 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in pega applications.
• 5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
