2CGroup recherche un Leader CRM et Automation pour transformer les données clients et prospects en moteur de croissance fiable et scalable. Vous travaillerez directement avec le CMO, structurant HubSpot et les données, puis construirez votre terrain de jeu avant de l’exploiter.
Vous concevrez et maintiendrez les workflows, piloterez l’emailing et l’IA opérationnelle, et activerez une approche cross-sell entre les entités. Expérience solide en CRM et modélisation d’attribution exigée.
