Role Description & Technical Scope
Teckro, a fast-growing Irish technology company, seeks an Interim Head of HR to lead people strategy as we scale. You will shape workforce design, drive recruitment, performance, rewards, and employee relations across our Ireland, US, and UK teams.
Reporting to the leadership team, you will build a high-trust HR function, develop capability, monitor KPIs, and partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliant growth and engaged, resilient teams across multiple jurisdictions.
