Role Description & Technical Scope
Albert Heijn B.V. zoekt een ervaren retailmanager voor een franchisewinkel in Noord-Brabant. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor een moderne en dynamische supermarkt en stuurt een team van circa 150 medewerkers aan.
Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar verkooptactieken en bewijst dagelijks dat de winkel soepel en winstgevend presteert. In deze hands-on rol combineer je vakkennis met ondernemersgeest en coach je medewerkers om klanten optimaal te bedienen en betrokken te houden.
