Remote Ops & Maintenance Manager – Cloud & Security

Due to the dynamic growth of company, we are seeking a candidate for the position of:

Operations and Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Add new base stations through the web interface in the software platform and bring them online for networking
• Deal with platform failure problems upgraded by monitoring engineers, such as resource overload, service availability decline, base station batch drops, user batch drops
• Adjust system monitoring parameters
• Implement changes and upgrades of the software platform
• Perform maintenance operations on AWS cloud resources, such as expansion, shutdown, deletion
• Troubleshoot simple AWS issues according to SOP (e.g., EC2 downtime, instance migration, etc.)
• Pay attention to software platform security policies and monitoring indicators, such as whitelisting, malicious attacks, malicious access
• Adjust security product rules/policies(firewalls, WAF, security rules, access control)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Electronics or any specialty related to the position)
• Demonstrated work experience 2 years. IT or after-sales department
• Software Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Work Background, experience in Linux OS
• Information Security Work Background, Familiar with Relevant Security Products: AWS Security Hub, AWS WAF, Amazon GuardDuty, Cortex XDR, etc
• Experience with monitoring, incident response, postmortem, change management and other aspects of running a reliable AWS
• Knowledge of English language
