Senior Business Development Manager - Nordics

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will drive growth with Nordic banks and fintechs from a platform-first perspective. You’ll bridge Nordic clients and Wise product teams to inform roadmap and regional expansion. You own end-to-end partnerships with Tier 1 and challenger banks across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. This role combines strategic market shaping with hands-on dealmaking to scale Wise Platform’s cross-border payments solutions.

• Shape market strategy by aligning Nordic client needs with product roadmaps
• Own end-to-end partnerships with Tier 1 and challenger banks in the Nordics
• Map, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships within the Nordic financial ecosystem
• Collaborate with product teams to influence regional expansion and roadmap
• Drive cross-functional engagement to deliver world-class payment solutions

• 5–8 years in payments or selling technology/API infrastructure
• Proven track record of managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles
• Strong knowledge of the Nordic banking landscape and cross-border requirements
• High commercial acumen with experience negotiating with institutional procurement and C-suite
