We are partnered with a leading organisation looking for an experienced property Asset Management Lawyer (8+ PQE) to join their specialist Managed Legal Services team .

The role:

• Lead on complex asset management matters (leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, consents etc.)


• Advise on risk and compliance issues affecting large property portfolios


• Build strong client relationships, ensuring commercial and legal alignment


• Supervise, mentor and develop a team of legal professionals


• Work with colleagues across Property and Managed Legal Services to deliver outstanding client service

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer, 8+ years’ PQE in English Law


• Strong background in asset management (commercial acquisitions/plot sales desirable but not essential)


• Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills


• Experience working with complex portfolios or large client accounts


• Tech-savvy and comfortable using legal technology for efficiency and reporting

Based in Birmingham or Leeds . Hybrid working available (3 days in office.)
