Role Description & Technical Scope
MongoDB, Inc. is seeking an experienced InfraSec/SRE to lead security engineering for cloud-scale platforms. You will design, implement, and monitor automated guardrails, integrate security into CI/CD and IaC, and ensure Atlas-scale resilience.
In this role you will harden Linux hosts and container workloads, manage CSPM and workload identity across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and contribute production-grade code in Go, Python, or Rust. Remote-friendly with strong cross-team collaboration.
