EPTA France recherche un Responsable SAV Régional Froid Commercial (Service Area Manager), basé en home office dans le quart Nord-Est de la France. Vous pilotez les équipes et coordonnez les interventions tout en promouvant les contrats de service auprès des clients et partenaires.
Rattaché au Service Ops Manager, vous assurez le pilotage des KPI, le suivi des coûts et des garanties, avec des déplacements réguliers pour maintenir la qualité du service et la satisfaction client.
