Our robots do real work every day, and this role keeps them in known-good condition. You will own preventive maintenance, calibration and inspection across the fleet, with the standing to make the call on whether a robot goes out. It's a hands‑on, high‑trust role at the heart of the operation.

What you’ll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and service: cabling, fasteners, wear parts, mechanical condition
• Run calibration as a routine, including the teleoperation rig
• Own the inspection routine and its records, so trends stay visible
• Handle new-platform and new-unit bring‑up
• Communicate with the robot vendor to troubleshoot problems
• Make the final call on whether a robot is fit for operation
• Work closely with the engineering teams who depend on the fleet being ready

What we look for

• Some combination of the following:
• Hands‑on electromechanical service experience on real equipment
• A methodical, documenting work style — behaviour changes should be traceable to a specific service
• Comfort with Linux basics, SSH and networks
• The professional confidence to keep quality steady, even under schedule pressure
