CRIT TOULOUSE Industrie recrute pour son client, spécialiste en électronique aéronautique et spatiale, un Responsable d'atelier PCBA à Toulouse en CDI. Vous organisez et animez les équipes de production pour atteindre les objectifs SQCDP tout en garantissant sécurité et qualité.
Vous assurez le pilotage opérationnel, animez les rituels (Daily Management/QRQC) et soutenez l’amélioration continue. Bac+3 à Bac+5 et 5 ans d’expérience en management d’atelier électronique exigés; IPC/EN9100 et Lean
