SaaS Portfolio Sales Advisor (Remote | 100% FTE or Fractional)

As Portfolio Sales Advisor, you will partner with CEOs and Heads of Sales across a SaaS portfolio to diagnose gaps in go-to-market and accelerate leadership development. You embed with one or two companies to uplift ICP, segmentation, pipeline, and forecasting, driving durable improvements. This role focuses on coaching rather than owning a P&L, delivering impact by building capable sales leaders and scalable practices. You bring modern sales discipline to a portfolio, creating lasting value across businesses.

• Diagnose GTM across one or two portfolio companies, assessing ICP, segmentation, pipeline, forecasting, and revenue leaks
• Coach and build with CEOs and Heads of Sales to implement lasting improvements rather than handing over artifacts
• Develop sales leaders within client companies, elevating performance rather than replacing them
• Transfer and apply best-in-class sales practices across the portfolio to amplify what works
• Provide honest, data-driven assessments of each company’s status and potential interventions

• +10 years of senior B2B SaaS sales leadership experience in Europe across multiple businesses or models
• Advisory temperament with proven ability to coach and earn executive trust
• Hands-on knowledge of modern sales operations and CRM ecosystems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Ability to travel and spend focused time inside client companies
• Full professional proficiency in English
