<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be in charge of training staff members of the effective use and benefits of using the Salesforce systems, help trouble shoot different issues and identify different areas where the system could add value to different departments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ideal candidate will be based in or around Lutterworth, an ability to train staff members on the benefits of Salesforce systems with a Salesforce qualification or equivalent.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Takes full strategic ownership of a business-critical CRM and Partner platform.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Designs, tests, and deploys scalable automated workflows using complex Salesforce Flows.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Configures custom architecture, unique data models, and sandboxes for release cycles.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manages user profiles, role hierarchies, and advanced platform security compliance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Builds advanced operational reporting dashboards to track international pipeline health.The Person:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to commute to Lutterworth 2x per week</p>
