• Guide Small Business customers through the finance application process
• Cultivate and manage relationships with commercial lending partners
• Articulate Funding Options proposition and services to customers
• Prospect outbound leads from the CRM and collaborate with Lead Generation
• Develop knowledge of various lenders and finance products
• Explain multiple finance options across product classes
• Maintain accurate prospect information in Salesforce and monitor data quality
• Identify trends and enrich customer profiles in Salesforce
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Share success stories with the broader organization

• Experience in Commercial Finance or customer-facing sales
• Proven 360-degree sales or outbound prospecting background
• Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
