Role Description & Technical Scope
Local.fr recrute un Responsable Commercial Terrain (H/F) pour diriger une équipe de 3 à 6 commerciaux et piloter l’atteinte des objectifs sur une clientèle B2B.
Vous recruterez, accompagnerez et formerez vos collaborateurs, tout en conduisant vos propres ventes et en restant connecté au terrain grâce au CRM Salesforce. Le poste est ouvert en CDI, basé en Bretagne, avec des déplacements clients et une rémunération fixe + variable déplafonnée.
