Role Description & Technical Scope
Adéquat, agence d'intérim, recrute un Assistant RH (H/F) pour son agence de Sablé sur Sarthe. Vous prenez en charge l'accueil et le courrier, et gérez le personnel intérimaire: contrats, relevés d'heures et suivis quotidiens.
Vous assurez l'administration du personnel permanent, les absences et le planning, participez à la paie et contribuez à l'organisation du plan de développement des compétences. Horaires 39h/semaine, environnement collaboratif.
