Role Description & Technical Scope
Le Ministère de l'Intérieur recherche un chargé/une chargée de l'instruction des demandes de titres de séjour en Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Lot-et-Garonne. Vous analyserez juridiquement les dossiers et participerez à l'accueil des usagers sur rendez-vous selon un planning établi.
Vous rédigerez des fiches d’analyse et des décisions de refus, tout en assurant le suivi des évolutions juridiques et jurisprudentielles en droit des étrangers, dans le cadre du référentiel Quali-ATE et des missions du service.
