Role Description & Technical Scope
Refresco is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for the Bridgwater site to lead a dedicated Supply team, ensuring safe, accurate and on-plan loading, storage, rotation and receipt of finished goods, raw materials, packaging and pallet stocks. You’ll drive improvements, manage audits and develop your team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
The role features a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with 12-hour days and nights, a competitive package including holiday, pension, healthcare options
