What you'll be doing

Taking ownership of an existing commercial portfolio and developing it over time

Conducting regular client reviews and having meaningful conversations about risk

Negotiating with insurers to secure the right cover at the right terms

Spotting and converting new business opportunities as they arise

Delivering clear, considered advice and maintaining strong client relationships

Keeping accurate records and ensuring full FCA compliance throughoutWhat they're looking for

A proven background in commercial insurance broking or underwriting

Strong product knowledge across commercial lines

A confident negotiator who builds trust with insurers and clients alike

Sharp attention to detail - comfortable working with policy wordings and documentation
