Process Excellence Consultant

In this role you drive AI-enabled process redesign and performance improvement for clients across industries. You will develop future-state process specifications, integrating AI agents and human–machine interfaces to enable smarter operations. You’ll build AI-assisted analyses, benchmarks, and change-impact assessments to shape scalable, data-driven solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to embed AX Design principles and continuously learn to keep methods cutting-edge. This is a hands-on, consulting-focused opportunity to transform processes and deliver high-quality, AI-powered recommendations.

• produce industry trend analyses and benchmarking outputs
• design future-state processes with AI integration points and operating-model changes
• support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations
• build analytical frameworks and AI-assisted visualization and analytics
• conduct benchmarking and change-impact assessments using AI tools
• apply domain knowledge to reinvention designs and playbook content
• contribute to reference library and maintain domain expertise
• apply AX Design principles to specify AI agent behaviors, autonomy, and handoffs
• identify where agentic AI transforms client process steps and articulate design implications
• embed AI design in process specifications (agent behaviors, handoffs)
• use AI-assisted analytics and visualization to ground future-state designs
• demonstrate continuous learning with emerging AI tools

• experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting
• experience producing trend analyses, benchmarking outputs, or change-impact assessments
• previous usage of AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g. Platform Native AI capabilities)
• experience integrating AI and automating business process design
• delivered project work in a consulting environment or relevant industry experience in at least one domain
• ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations
• excellent German language skills at least C1 level
