Are you a Production Team Leader/Supervisor from a background in food manufacturing looking to join a growing company offering a double day shift pattern, with clear opportunities to progress into a Shift Manager position and continue developing your career?

In this role, you will be supervising a team of 4-5 Production Operatives and reporting directly to the Shift Manager. You will work hands-on alongside the production team while carrying out your supervisory responsibilities, including managing stock levels, monitoring the shop floor, overseeing day-to-day production, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

This company has been established for over 20 years and continues to expand to meet increasing customer demand. They manufacture a range of fresh ingredients and pride themselves on the quality of their products, the training and development they provide to their staff, as well as their continuously expanding product range.

This role would suit a Production Team Leader/Supervisor or similar from a food manufacturing background, looking for a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress towards Shift Manager level.

The Role:

• Hands-on supervising a team of 4-5 production operatives
• Monitoring the shop floor and managing stock levels
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Monday to Friday, 5/6am – 1/2pm, then 1/2pm – 9/10pm, rotating weekly

The Person:

• Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar
• Food manufacturing background
